UK Tax Team Conference, Windsor 2025

With Graham Norris

Victoria,

Thanks for taking the time to talk with me about the conference you are planning for your UK tax colleagues. Sounds like it's going to be a great opportunity for your colleagues to reconnect and realign with the company's vision.

Below you'll find descriptions for two sessions I think will work well as a curtain-raiser for your event, helping the audience refocus from their phones to the possibilities of the future and maximising the benefits of their presence at this two-day conference.

You'll also find an overview of the kind of experiences I've been creating for my clients, and a quote.

If you would like to get on a call to discuss any further details, I'd be happy to set that up.

Thanks again!

Graham

Growth and Performance

Mastering Your Futurist Mindset

The most important thing you do every day is make decisions, and all decisions are about the future. In this transformative keynote, Graham inspires the audience to discover the futurist within them so they can unlock for themselves the mysteries of the future and think more strategically. Engaging and entertaining, this talk gives attendees the confidence to respond to major trends such as the rise of artificial intelligence and evolutions in the accounting sector.

By the end, your audience will:

  • Understand the challenges of futures thinking

  • Appreciate the futurist skills they already have

  • Possess the tools to create more ambitious futures

Teamwork and Collaboration

Creating a Shared Vision for the Future

Companies need to organise into teams to get things done, but this also creates the silos that destroy the magic of cooperation. Competition, conflict and poor coordination can consume senior leadership resources and snuff out the spark of ingenuity that drives a company forward. In this highly interactive session, Graham helps your colleagues generate “Community Aspirations,” compelling and motivating visions of the future that motivate collective action.

Key outcomes:

  • Clearer purpose

  • Greater sense of camaraderie

  • Teams focused on the bigger picture

Satisfied Clients

"It was a pleasure to work with Graham and have him participate in the recent FTT Fintech Festival. His presentation was very well received by the audience and helped set the scene for the rest of the day’s agenda."

PROMOTION & PREPARATION

I'm committed to shifting mindsets, which means I'm more than happy to do whatever I can to help get your employees excited and prepared for the event. Whether it's a video or a podcast interview, I want to help get them thinking before they arrive.

For most events I provide any or all of the following:

  • Event promotional video

  • Interview for blog posts or podcasts

A great keynote requires thoughtful preparation. That means truly understanding your audience and customising the presentation to ensure the message hits home.

Before any event Graham does the following:

  • Briefing calls

  • Customises the presentation

  • Rehearses for 10-12 hours

DURING THE EVENT

Unlike many speakers, I prefer to stay the full day (when possible.) Why? Because I know that when attendees have the chance to interact with your keynote speakers they're able to get their questions answered and take more away from the event. Not only that, but I live so close!

So make the most of my time while I'm there:

  • Do a breakout session

  • Attend cocktail hour

  • Participate on a panel

  • Have a VIP lunch table

  • Conduct office hours

I'm open to almost anything. What can I do to help you make this event memorable? Let's brainstorm.

AFTER THE EVENT

For an event organiser, I know how exhausting running an event can be. That's why I want to ensure you're armed with the necessary assets to make all your event follow-up easy, fun, and memorable.

Within one week of the event's end, I can provide any of the following:

  • A link to the presentation deck (if there is one) to share with every attendee.

  • A short reminder video to keep people focused and inspired when they get back to the office.

  • A podcast interview or blog post interview about the event.

  • A follow-up telepresence session a few months after the event.
